CORRUPTION RAMPANT DURING THE RESURVEYING OF SOUTHERN ARKANSAS

Dr. Don C Bragg, a forester with the USDA Forest Service out of Monticello informed attendees of his April 11 presentation about a very dynamic period in the development of Arkansas.
